Partner Pricing Levels
Partner level is generally based on eligible AV-Cables purchases over a rolling 12-month period.

Special projects, unusually large orders, specialty components and certain custom assemblies may receive individually quoted Partner pricing. Partner discounts generally do not combine with coupons, promotional pricing or other special discounts.

Standard eligible assemblies may include professional SDI, BNC, HD-BNC, DIN 1.0/2.3, XLR, Star Quad XLR, AES/EBU, Word Clock, EtherCON and other repeatable catalog assemblies.
Exact eligibility may vary by product family and configuration.
Save Up to 20% on Snake & Custom Assemblies
Multi-channel SDI snakes, broadcast snakes, hybrid assemblies, specialty labeling, unusual connector combinations and customer-specific builds are eligible for Partner discounts up to 20%.
Stock What You Use
Qualified Pro and Strategic Partners can work with AV-Cables to establish inventory profiles for commonly purchased cable assemblies.
Tell us the lengths, configurations and products you routinely use. Based on purchasing history, forecasts and component availability, AV-Cables can maintain agreed inventory levels to help shorten lead times and improve availability.
Stocking levels are subject to purchasing history, forecasted demand, production capacity and component availability.
Saved Build Specifications
Frequently ordered custom assemblies can be assigned a saved AV-Cables build specification, making repeat orders faster and more consistent.

Partners can provide project requirements before the purchase order is issued. AV-Cables can help review product requirements, plan production, reserve materials and provide special project pricing when appropriate.
Approved project quotes may also qualify for limited price protection during the quote period.

How is my Partner level determined?
Partner level is generally based on eligible AV-Cables purchases during the previous rolling 12-month period.
Can a new customer qualify?
Yes. New customers may be approved for an introductory Partner level based on expected purchasing volume, with account performance reviewed after approximately six months.
Do all products receive the same discount?
No. Standard cable assemblies may qualify for discounts up to 30%, while snake and custom assemblies may qualify for discounts up to 20%. Certain specialty and project products are quoted individually.
Do shipping charges count toward Partner status?
No. Shipping, sales tax, returns, credits and similar charges do not count toward qualifying purchase totals.
Can Partner discounts be combined with coupons?
Partner discounts generally do not stack with coupons, promotional pricing or other special discounts. Special project pricing may replace normal Partner pricing.
Can AV-Cables stock products specifically for my company?
Qualified Pro and Strategic Partners may establish stocking profiles based on purchasing history, expected demand and component availability.
