AV-Cables ships most orders directly from our Ohio warehouse, with most in-stock orders shipping within 24 hours.

Free Shipping: U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. (some products excluded)
Economy Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 3:30 PM Eastern may qualify for same-day processing.
Shipping Options: UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available.

Canadian Orders: Please contact us for a shipping estimate.

Expedited & Saturday Delivery

Need your cables quickly? UPS expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Saturday delivery may be available for qualifying Next Day Air shipments for an additional charge. Please call (614) 834-4160 to arrange Saturday delivery.

Please note that standard Next Day Air shipments placed on Friday are normally delivered Monday unless Saturday delivery has been specifically arranged.

30-Day Returns

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Stock products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to our return requirements.

Products must be in new condition and original packaging. A copy of your invoice should be included with the return.

A $5 restocking fee applies to returns under $100, except qualifying exchanges. Larger returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fees may be waived when exchanging for merchandise of equal or greater value or accepting store credit.

Warranty

AV-Cables cable assemblies are backed against manufacturing defects. Electronic products and certain specialty products may have separate warranty terms.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse or applications that do not meet local building-code requirements is not covered. Always verify applicable building-code requirements before installation.
