Professional Broadcast Solutions
AV-Cables SDI BNC extension cables provide a professional way to extend an existing SDI video cable without using a separate BNC barrel adapter or coupler. Each cable features a 75-ohm BNC male connector on one end and a 75-ohm BNC female connector on the other for a clean, flexible extension of an existing SDI connection.
Choose from 12G-SDI and 6G-SDI configurations using professional Belden coaxial cable. Lightweight Mini RG59 options are available for racks, fly packs and high-density installations, while standard RG59 provides a more traditional broadcast cable construction.
| Cable | SDI | Type | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|

A BNC extension cable lets you add length directly to an existing SDI cable. Instead of connecting two male BNC cables with a separate barrel coupler, the female BNC end connects directly to your existing cable while the male BNC end connects to your camera, switcher, router, monitor or other SDI equipment.
This reduces unnecessary connection hardware and provides a convenient solution for temporary production setups, equipment racks, mobile systems and installations where an existing SDI cable is just short of the required distance.
SDI BNC extension cables are ideal for broadcast studios, live production, 4K video systems, production trucks, fly packs, cameras, switchers, routers, monitors, converters, patch panels, houses of worship and professional AV installations.
