The AV-Cables 12G-SDI HD-BNC to Female BNC cable provides a compact, professional solution for connecting equipment with a high-density HD-BNC interface to standard male BNC cables or BNC-equipped video systems.
Built with Belden 4855R Mini RG59 75-ohm coaxial cable, this assembly is designed for high-bandwidth broadcast and professional video applications including 12G-SDI 4K UHD, 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI and SD-SDI. The lightweight 4.5 mm cable diameter makes it especially useful in equipment racks, production trucks, fly packs and other installations where space is limited.
Each assembly is hand-assembled in the USA and individually tested for reliable professional performance.
HD-BNC to Female BNC Configuration
This cable features a 75-ohm HD-BNC male connector on one end and a 75-ohm female BNC connector on the other. The female BNC connection allows an existing standard male BNC cable to be connected directly to equipment using the smaller HD-BNC interface.
This configuration is ideal for adapting or extending SDI connections without adding a separate rigid adapter at the equipment connection.
