Which speakON contacts are connected?
The two-pole NL2FXX-W-S connectors use contacts 1+ and 1−, wired straight through from end to end. For equipment that requires both contact pairs, see the 12/4 speakON speaker cable.
Why use a locking speakON connector?
The Neutrik speakON design provides a secure twist-lock connection, dependable strain relief and clearly identified speaker contacts for professional sound systems.
Is this cable intended for powered speakers?
This is a speaker-level cable for compatible power amplifiers and passive loudspeakers. Powered speakers commonly require line-level audio and AC power connections instead.
